Cancellation and Refund Policy
For IT Training Programs:
For IT training, fees are non-refundable once the course begins. Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the course start date. No cancellations are accepted once the course materials are provided or the training has commenced. To request a cancellation, you must email us at brandwavestudio@gmail.com with your enrollment details.
For Website Design & Development Services:
Once the design process or development phase has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
For IT Training Programs:
Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the specified timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Attendance is mandatory for eligibility; no refunds for missed or partial attendance. Punctuality is crucial—arriving late voids the refund policy.
For Website Design & Development Services:
No refunds are issued once project milestones have been delivered. Payments for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, plugins) are non-refundable.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Refund requests must include valid proof of payment and cancellation details. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 2-5% to cover transaction costs.
