General Terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Brand Wave Studio, including website design, e-commerce software, and IT training. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Services

We offer services related to website design, development, e-commerce software, and IT training programs.

Project timelines and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon before starting any project.
IT training programs are non-transferable and available to the enrolled individual only.

Payments

Payments must be made in full before services commence unless agreed otherwise.

For IT training, fees are non-refundable once the course begins, except as specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Payment receipts will be provided upon request.
For Website Development work we will take 60% of the payment as advance & after completing the project we will accept the rest of the amount before deployment. Once payment is done. Kindly attach a payment screenshot for confirmation. So that we can book your development slot in my queues.
For Digital Marketing & Graphic works we expect full payment before work.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during the registration or service process. For training programs, you agree not to share course materials without prior consent.

Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are only processed if cancellation occurs within the stipulated time frame.
